- Intégration d’un site e-commerce pour permettre la vente multi-canal. Un canal de vente rendu possible par l’intégration d’un module connecté à Magento, un prestataire de vente e-commerce, dont les informations collectés sont directement échangées avec SAP Business ByDesign, simplifiant la gestion de commandes, de stock et comptable
- Externalisation des métiers de la logistique (D’expédition, des retours, flux inter-société) en faisant appel à un prestataire logistique (3PL), pour se focaliser sur leur coeur de métier, la recherche et développement et la conception
- Déploiement de 3 filiales à l’étranger : Etats-Unis, Royaume Uni et Hong Kong
- Mise en place de la gestion des taxes aux Etats-Unis
- Mise en place des best practises SAP pour la production, optimisation de la gestion des références, pour en diminuer le nombre (Lean Manufacturing)
