Si vous avez l’habitude d’utiliser le flux de planification de SAP By Design, alors vous savez certainement à quoi servent les jalonnements.
Les jalonnements sont des options qui permettent de redéfinir de nouvelles propositions de planifications si vous avez modifié la date d’une proposition existante donnée.
Il existe deux types de re-jalonnements. Celui aval et celui amont (descendant).
L’ordonnancement aval est utilisé pour redéfinir les propositions de planification des niveaux supérieurs en fonction de la proposition de planification d’un produit donné. Cela suppose donc qu’elle ne peut fonctionner s’il n’y a aucune demande de niveau supérieure (par exemple produit final vendu).
L’ordonnancement descendant (re-jalonnement amont) : permet de redéfinir les dates des propositions de planification de niveau inférieur (composants) en fonction de la proposition de la planification ouverte.

Avant, l’ordonnancement descendant impliquait automatiquement des créations de propositions dont certaines pouvaient être planifiées dans le passé (en fonction la planification définie dans la fiche article). Cela faisait, qu’on pouvait avoir des propositions de planification avec des dates de début incohérentes par rapport à la date actuelle.
Avec la nouvelle version de SAP By Design, cette fonctionnalité a été améliorée, en permettant que l’on puisse désactiver la création de propositions dans le passé.
Pourquoi cela ? Eh bien, cela permettra de d’avoir une planification beaucoup plus cohérente et en adéquation avec la réalité de la société.

Pour pouvoir utiliser cette fonctionnalité, vous devez accéder aux flux des articles en cliquant sur le champ « ouvrir flux des articles » via la planification du produit voulu.
Dans l’écran « flux des articles », sélectionnez la proposition à partir duquel, vous voulez faire le jalonnement, et cliquez sur « Re-jalonnement amont ». Lorsque vous cliquez sur ce champ, une fenêtre de navigation va s’ouvrir et vous pouvez décochez le champ « autoriser création de proposition dans le passé ».

Lorsque vous décochez le champ « autoriser création de proposition dans le passé », et que vous lancez le re-jalonnement, SAP mettra à jour les propositions de planification en définissant les dates en fonction de la proposition à partir de laquelle vous avez fait l’ordonnancement.
S’il y a des propositions qui sont générées dans le passé (date ultérieure à la date du jour), le système génère automatiquement des messages d’erreur en spécifiant les propositions qui sont générées dans le passé.
Ainsi, au moment de la sauvegarde de l’ordonnancement, le système empêchera la sauvegarde de cette modification.
